Rules and Regulations

Check-In: is on Saturday’s at 1:00 PM.  Upon check-in, a representative will turn over the keys and go over any last minute details or questions you may have. We will also collect the final payment, if this hasn’t already been taken care of. NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

 Parking: There are only two parking spaces provided for the house, no exceptions.  This rule cannot be broken.  There is paid parking across the street at a cost of approx $7.00 per day (You will need to check for availability and current cost once you arrive).  One space is provided directly in front of the house and the other is in the lot next door.  Our representative will show you your parking spots.

 Use of house/Cleanliness:  It is understood that the “tenant” will use the house in an appropriate manner. Respecting the cleanliness and upkeep of the house.  We can keep the cost of our rentals down with your cooperation. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it or better.  We will hold a $50.00 cleaning deposit until checkout, at which time a representative will return deposit after inspection.

 Beach Access:  White Horse Beach is less than a one-minute walk away.  Access is made while walking in between other peoples homes.  Please keep this in mind so that others as well as you may enjoy their privacy.  We will show you the access route upon your arrival.

 Checkout:  Check out is on the following Saturday at 11:00 AM.  A representative will meet you to ensure cleanliness of property and to return the cleaning deposit.
